Question corrections
If you're reporting a question issue, include the question text and, if possible, a link to a primary source (DailyMed, FDA, DEA, ISMP). We verify every report against the primary literature before updating the bank: the same two-pass verification we use when writing questions.
Please note PTCB Quiz Prep cannot answer questions about exam registration, scheduling, or results: those are handled by PTCB directly at ptcb.org.
